Using FarisCRM
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and use FarisCRM only for lawful business activity. You are responsible for the content entered into your workspace and for the access you grant to team members.
Demo and subscriptions
A free demo may be limited by time, features, or usage. Paid plans, when available, are managed through the FarisCRM website and its payment provider. The mobile apps do not offer checkout or subscription purchases.
Availability and acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, or use the platform to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Your data and account
You retain responsibility for your business data. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion may be requested at any time, subject to ownership verification and legally required retention.
