Information we process
FarisCRM processes account details such as name and email, company workspace information, authentication and security records, and business records users choose to enter. Basic device, browser, IP address, and activity information may be processed to secure and operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide requested CRM functions, synchronize authorized workspaces, enforce roles and module access, prevent abuse, support users, and maintain reliability. FarisCRM does not sell personal information.
Sharing and storage
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, and payment providers only as needed to deliver the service. Mobile apps do not provide checkout or collect payment-card details. Data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, tax, accounting, and dispute obligations.
Your controls
Authorized users can update workspace information. You may request access, correction, or deletion. Workspace and financial records may require owner verification or lawful retention.
